The client is a nation-wide non-profit organization based in Boston, Massachusetts, assisting students understand their education and career options and counselling them so that they are able to make informed decisions to achieve their life goals.
The client organization had been using the Salesforce platform for some time, however they soon hit a roadblock in continuing to grow as the previously deployed solution was not very efficient. The sales teams were experiencing slow turnaround time in the customer quoting process, thereby leading to lost opportunities and impacting growth.
After undertaking a due diligence process, the Conam team redeployed the Sales Cloud with redesigned workflows. Social Studio and Marketing Studio were implemented for a better connect with students and Partner Communities was implemented to seamlessly connect with buying organizations such as schools and universities.
The new processes simplified the task of data entry and updation for prospective students, and enabled seamless tracking of the applicants’education journey from the initial touch point thru the complete student lifecycle, managing information across functions. Advisors are now able to connect with students and buyers in a timely manner thereby making a positive impact. Since the redeployment of Salesforce, the number of annual students assisted has increased 31%.
